By accessing or using MLSCEP ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
MLSCEP provides practice examination questions for Medical Laboratory Science (MLS) board exam preparation. The Platform is intended for educational purposes only.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account or purchased access with others.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any questions from the Platform.
3. Purchases and Payments
Access to subject question banks requires a one-time purchase per subject. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on MLSCEP, including questions, explanations, and study materials, is the intellectual property of MLSCEP and its contributors. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer
MLSCEP is a study aid and does not guarantee passing scores on any board examination. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
